• Step 1 - Jan 2007 - June 2007 Let everyone know we ARE a Hamlet and are putting together a Vision Plan.
  
• Step 2 - July 2007- April 2008 Lots of meetings, lots of fundraising, lots of discussion, what do we value about the Hamlet and what values do we hold in common regarding its future.
  
• Step 3 - Synthesize input from 10 community meetings, the town hall and surrounding stakeholders to create our Value Statement.
  
• Step 4 - (We Are Here) Present the Values Statement at Town Hall meeting Nov 1 at Stafford Primary School l0A-12N.
  
• Step 5 - Use the Value Statement as a guideline for creating a Vision Plan
  (Set for Jan '09 completion, depending upon funding)
